Life brought us together in 2007. As like-minded people, we became a strong team.
At some point, we all came to the same perception: we would love to continue working together as a team under the leadership of Serhii Kyrychenko, our former CEO. He granted our company with the recognizable authenticity, which he himself had. More information can be found here and here.
We did it! We got our first contract and things got rolling. The company was born. And we keep on rolling ever since, with more and more people getting involved, new clients, new projects, new offices, and new technologies.
In 2013 we entered pharmaceutical marketing. 2014 IP/Telecom industries were a new milestone for us. The year 2016 was another big step as we won a new e-commerce client. Some of our clients have become market leaders in their industries and they are still with us today and keen to explore new segments with our assistance.
As for so many businesses around the globe, 2020 has been a very tough year for us. And not only because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our founder, CEO, and friend Serhii Kyrychenko passed away. Amongst so many unforeseen challenges and uncertainties, our strategy was to keep our market position, clients, employees, and the quality of our services. And we did it again! We managed to withstand the storm and keep our company intact, and to grow our client base with new promising clients.
The full-scale war launched in February 2022 changed us, our company, and our goals. We became stronger, even more flexible, and super adaptable. We’ve got an even greater desire to live and create. We strive to expand the business to support our fellow citizens and the local economy throughout this difficult chapter.
Modus Soft's core infrastructure is geographically distributed. We use hybrid infrastructure with a cloud-centric approach for our internal needs, where 100% of our business-critical applications are SaaS (cloud-native).
At the same time, the remaining non-critical services are hosted in-house or delivered from our data center in the USA.
- We do not store ANY customer data internally or in our data center, all customer data is always stored on the storage provided by our customers.
- All the devices are set up with our internal VPN which allows consultants to connect to the secure network to ensure data protection and safe browsing, we collect security logs for all our internal devices and process them through our Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system.
- We are using devices with a full set of endpoint protection controls previously prescribed for mobile workers: full-drive encryption, advanced threat detection agents (AV), and endpoint detection and response (EDR) solution.
